CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand and agree that a 100% cancellation fee will apply for same-day cancellations and a 40% cancellation fee will apply once the appointment is booked. However, you will have a chance to reschedule without incurring the fee if you provide 24 hours' notice. If you fail to reschedule within this timeframe, the fee will be applied.
